The Ferree Cabin is the ONLY cabin available for rent on the Chena Hot Springs Resort property. It is a private Alaskan getaway offering scenic views, unique activities, and a sense of your home away from home. The cabin is located on the Resort property about a one minute walk to the resort's restaurant, pool house and activity center. The resort is located 60 scenic miles NE of Fairbanks, Alaska easily accessible year round on a paved road. Owners are highly allergic to smoke so we only rent to non-smoking guests ages 25 and over. 2 person maximum.

High Season - 2 + 3 Night Rates - Dec 15-Apr 10 AND Aug 10-Sep 30:
2 Night Rates $229+$18.32 bed tax+$100 refundable deposit+$25 booking fee + $50 cleaning fee= $422.32
3 Night Rates $343.50+$27.48 bed tax+$100 refundable deposit+$25 booking fee+$50 cleaning fee=$545.98

Low Season - 2 + 3 Night Rates - Apr 11-Aug 9 AND Oct 1-Dec 14:
2 Night Rates $149 + $11.92 bed tax + $100 deposit + $25 booking fee + $50 cleaning fee=  $335.92
3 Night Rates $223.50+$17.88 bed tax+$100 refundable deposit+$25 booking fee+$50 cleaning fee=$416.38

REFUNDABLE $100 damage deposit.  The $100 refundable damage deposit is required & will be refunded within 7 days after your stay as long as no damage occurs or no items are missing.

CLEANING FEE $50.  A $50 one time cleaning fee is required.

BOOKING FEE $25.  A $25 booking fee is required.

CANCELATION POLICY
$100 cancelation fee if canceled at least 90 days or more prior to arrival. Fee will be deducted from damage deposit.
0% Refund - 89 days or less prior to arrive or if cabin has been off the rental market for 30 days or more because of your booking.

PET FRIENDLY

Dogs (under 40 pounds each) are allowed for a flat $25 dog fee for one or $50 for two for your entire stay. Maximum of two dogs. Must be 30lbs or under. Sorry no large size dogs. No cats or any other pets allowed. The $25-$50 dog fee will be deducted from the $100 refundable damage deposit fee. Please clean up after your dog and bring a leash! Thanks! 

P.S. Our cabin housekeeper lives directly across from our cabin and is aware of any pets or extra guests that may be staying in our cabin.
